West-central Pennsylvania athletes shine in PSFCA all-star game

ALTOONA — It is almost never a bad time to play a high school football game.

The Pennsylvania Scholastic Football Coaches Association hosted its 18th annual East West All-Star Game.

A handful of west-central Pennsylvania athletes helped the West team defeat the East team, 41-35.
